After play with Lego with my son for while and I think about how much Lego real bring great family time. Great way to bond with children whiteout need say many word, just have fun building on something you have no idea what to build next. #10 LEGO Monthly Mini 40071 Lawn Mower. This one is lot of fun to doing the shop motion! The largest set I ever shoot with 3 LEGO modeler build attach together as you can see photo of behind the scene below! 

The longest part is for me to add the audio part, this one is 3 time more work on audio for me since lot of thing going on in the scene. I might not be the best sound editor but better than hear nothing! Enjoy the Video!

#9 Monthly Mini Build LEGO 40094 Snowplough

Jan 26, 2014  #9 Monthly Mini Build LEGO 40094 Snowplough My first stop motion to have the audio add on it. It was most interest experience for me since I am deaf and have to figure out on how to sync it and find right sound. The way it work for me is I wear the hearing aid to help me hear some of sound, not all of detail. I am pretty good with background noise but not great on decode the sound of word. So I keep video simple no talk, only back ground noise. Nice thing about work on on my Macbook is that they don't need patient to repeat the sound for me many time as I wish to understand the sound until it sound right along with the video. I might be not the best sound editor but at least I don't give up on trying. If Beethoven the famous deaf composer can create music without hear any muisc then we can do pretty much thing than we image!

Also I add cool Behind the Scene on this stop motion about color light control and lock the light angle tip. 

I used the Philips Hue Wireless Lighting as light color control for this scene. Check out video to see how it is done! Very easy to use!

#8 Monthly Mini Build LEGO: City Fire Plane (In Honor for Fire Safety Week)

October 17, 2013, Is the around time when LEGO Store honor the Fire Safety Week by give out free City Fire Plane mini building. The new level for me to deal with was to make it look fly in the stop motion without show my arm shadow in the background, that give me new idea for my next short video.

LEGO are great Food for kid's Brain!

Trying feeding your kid with lot of omega-3 (brain food) from fish might seem lot of work to get them smarter. More easier and effect will be simple have them play with LEGO to boost up their creative idea where they can build and test it and them take them apart and do over and over and over until they success. And give them something to be proud of themselves.  And I learn something new from the Lego Kids Fest few day ago. There is program called "Play Well". These programs are not authorized, sponsored or endorsed by the LEGO Group. Interesting LEGO's history about those 2 word Play Well come from Danish phrase word "leg godt" mean Play Well! That how the LEGO got the name form the first 2 letter of each those Danish phrase. Play Well program provide the hand-on class active with LEGO to help  grow the young engineers's mind to their unlimited idea. I am consider of take my son to those program for fun by time he reach to right age. Check it out!
